Hip new hotel with pleasant staff.

The location of this ideal hotel was favourable, near everything. Some of the staff members were fast. The room we had included climate control, TV, and a seating area.

After a 5-hour flight delay and arrival in the wee hours of the morning, we were given a generous late check-out of 1 pm. Staff was incredible. Bed and pillows were heavenly! Very modern and clean respite for some weary travelers.

Perfect and comfortable hotel, had a really excellent service. My room was welcoming and fine with the king bed. The most important was the staff - very polite and outstandingly accommodating people. The restaurants were great and for every budget.

After a long trip from New York. We needed some rest and relaxation. The Hampton inn provided excellent service. I will definitely use a Hampton inn again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The stay included delicious jams at breakfast, and the staff's friendliness stood out as they genuinely cared about our comfort. The room's decor felt a bit outdated, and there were occasional disturbances from nearby rooms. The coffee ran out during busy hours, leaving guests disappointed. It was a good experience, with strong wifi and convenient amenities.

We have stayed in several inns in Greenwood and this is by far the best. The room was clean, newly furnished, had a great bathroom and overall pleasant. The desk clerk was always cheerful and helpful. We will return.

Comfortable bedding made for decent rest. Convenient access to the bathroom from the room, even with minor issues-it's mostly user-friendly.

The internet didn't hold up. That's a letdown. Stains on the carpeting and grime in the shower call for some serious cleaning. Shampoo dispensers in the shower feel less hygienic and the trash under the AC unit was a bit unsettling.
